Big Sean Addresses Ariana Grande 'Ridiculous' Diva Rumors

Big Sean has denied diva rumors surrounding his girlfriend Ariana Grande. In an interview with New York-based radio station Power 105.1 FM's show The Breakfast Club on Wednesday, December 17, Big was asked about rumors that Ariana liked to be carried around at all times.

Co-host Charlamagne Tha God told the rapper, "They said [Ariana]'s a diva and she demands that she gets carried everywhere she goes," to which he replied, "That don't even sound logical. No, man, she don't get carried. I remember I was with her one time and she got carried but it was 'cause her foot was bleeding. She busted her foot, like, you know, dancing and stuff."

The "I Don't F**k With You" rapper then added, "That's ridiculous. That's ridiculous. I'm a dead that right now, that's not even true for real."

Asked about how he met with Ariana, Big said they met at a radio show a few years ago. "When I met her, it was just cool. She was like, 'You, you know I like your music,' " he recalled, "She was, like, rapping 'Gang Bang.' She was like, 'I know the verse.' And she started rapping it."

"So we just linked up like that," he continued, "We was hanging out a little bit and just, you know, was friends over the years. But I think that's the coolest way to do it." He then gushed over Ariana, "I don't like her because she's a pop princess. I like her 'cause of who she is. She's cool. She brings out the best in me."

Ariana previously posted two photos of her being carried by men. In the first photo, shared in December 2013, Ariana was carried by a man at a hallway. She captioned it, "Jones carrying me off stage. post show ritual when my feet are broken. @jonescrow."

The second snap, posted in February, showed the "Break Free" songstress being carried by a man in a rainy weather. "Long shoot day yesterday, couldn't walk or keep my eyes open by the time we finished. gonna be a beautiful video!" she wrote alongside the photo.
